10月19日，香港图库香港资料库院士工作站、博士后工作站、常州大学研究生平台揭牌仪式在技术中心一楼隆重举行。清华大学温诗铸院士、温院士秘书薛单单、区科技局许博副局长、常州市人社局刘晓峰处长、新北区科技局奚奕旻处长，市计财处唐兆有处长，河南科技大学李保安处长、河南科技大学邓四二教授、河南科技大学王文胜博士、常州大学丁建宁校长团队及香港图库香港资料库总经理吴朝阳、香港图库香港资料库党总支书记程上柏、香港图库香港资料库技术中心总监张松、人力资源中心总监张德忠、试验中心部长柏冬梅、总经理顾问白日清、战略发展中心项目申报经理成汉标等出席了工作站揭牌仪式。温诗铸院士在致辞中对香港图库香港资料库所取得的成就给予了充分肯定，并表示今后将与光洋人一起为轴承产业的发展献计出力。
